FAQs - AUTOBODY & COLLISION
Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
1
Yes. Modern vehicles are more complex than ever, and a proper estimate requires time and precision. Most estimates take 15–30 minutes, depending on the damage and vehicle technology.
To ensure accuracy and avoid rushing the process, we schedule estimates by appointment only.
All estimates are complimentary and can be booked online or by phone.
When should I contact my insurance company?
2
We recommend contacting your insurance company as soon as possible after an accident involving another party.
If you choose to move forward with an insurance claim after receiving your estimate, simply let your insurer know you’ve selected our shop for repairs. Whether we’re a preferred provider or not, we handle all communication with the adjuster and manage the process from start to finish—so you don’t have to.
Am I required to use my insurance company’s repair shop?
3
No. You are Legally entitled to choose the repair facility you trust. Insurance companies may recommend shops, but they cannot require you to use them.
Choosing a properly equipped and trained collision repair center is critical. We repair vehicles according to manufacturer repair procedures, using the correct tools, materials, and techniques to ensure safety, performance, and value.
How long will my repairs take?
4
Repair timelines vary based on:
Severity of damage
Parts availability
Required calibrations and inspections
Once your vehicle is disassembled and all parts are sourced, we provide a realistic completion timeframe. We prioritize quality and safety over speed and will never cut corners to rush a repair.
Will my vehicle be repaired to factory standards?
5
Yes. We follow OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) repair guidelines and use industry-approved equipment to restore your vehicle as closely as possible to pre-accident condition.
This includes proper structural repairs, electronics diagnostics, and required post-repair calibrations.
Can you match my factory paint color?
6
Absolutely. We use advanced computerized color-matching systems, factory paint formulas, and expert refinishing techniques to achieve a precise match.
Our goal isn’t “close enough”—it’s undetectable.
What types of vehicles do you repair?
7
We repair all makes and models, both foreign and domestic. Our technicians are trained to work on everything from daily drivers to luxury, performance, and advanced-technology vehicles.
Do you warranty your repairs?
8
Yes. We proudly stand behind our workmanship with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. If there’s ever an issue related to our repair, we’ll make it right.
